Every individual deserves safe, stable housing, especially people who have experienced chronic homelessness, mental health challenges or other barriers to independent living. Our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program is a long-term path toward wellness, independence and community reintegration.

Unlike temporary shelters or transitional housing, PSH offers long-term or permanent residency in a supportive, community-based environment.
A range of supportive housing options, from private rooms to shared living arrangements, depending on the needs and preferences of each resident.
Case management and individualized care plans.
Life skills training and job readiness support.
Mental health and substance use counseling.
